(FAQ) Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?
The QR code will be sent within 24 hours of payment via email or WhatsApp. During weekends/holidays it may arrive the next day.
Can I buy the permit on site?
Yes! Besides buying it directly at partner fishing shops, permits can be purchased at accommodation facilities — you'll find the references under Contacts. Or directly from Toni at the Fisherman Shop in Bruneck: +39 335 608 9241
What are the fishing rules?
Each body of water has different rules. Read the Waters Guide page or download the Südtirol Fishing app for the complete regulations.
Is the QR code transferable?
The QR code must be uploaded into the dedicated App; once uploaded it is no longer transferable. If you buy permit blocks for groups, each person must have downloaded the app on their own phone and uploaded the permit via QR code.
